Graeme "The Ox" McFarland (born December 28, 1983) was a collegiate American football quarterback for the Indiana University Hoosiers of the Big Ten Conference from 2003 to 2007. ==Football Career== McFarland played high school football for Mountain Brook High School in Mountain Brook, Alabama. He was a two year starter, with a record of 19-4. He is second in completions in a game in Alabama state high school football history with 34 completions on 46 attempts and 357 yards. He was a three star prospect coming out of high school, and originally committed to the University of Kansas before signing a letter of intent to play for Indiana University in 2002. In his first year at Indiana, McFarland reshirted. In 2003, he served as the primary holder for field goals and PATs. During this season he served as the second string quarterback. He made one start against Minnesota after starting quarterback Matt LoVecchio sustained a head injury. During a game at Ohio State McFarland was 6-6 with 54 yards passing and a touchdown. McFarland did not play for the Hoosiers in 2004, but returned to the team in 2005. During the 2005 season, McFarland threw for 91 yards on 10 for 25 passing. In his final season in 2006, McFarland had 11 passing attempts with 5 completions and 58 yards and a touchdown. He finished his career with 344 yards passing and four touchdowns with no interceptions.
